For those who struggle to identify emotions, have experienced trauma, or want to work toward changing unwanted life patterns.If you’ve ever felt deeply but found it hard to put emotions into words, or noticed times when you felt disconnected from your emotional experience, you’re not alone. Some people find it difficult to recognize or interpret emotions, including how emotions show up in the body. This can sometimes contribute to confusion, unwanted thoughts, or patterns of behavior.Brainspotting is a body-centered, experiential approach that focuses on awareness, attuned presence, and focused attention. Sessions offer a supportive space to notice internal experiences, including physical sensations and emotional responses, at your own pace. This approach does not require you to analyze or explain everything and is intended to support exploration without pressure to “figure it all out.”
Over time, this approach offers a way to gently attend to emotional and physical experiences, with space for curiosity and reflection at a pace that feels manageable.Sessions are thoughtfully structured for highly sensitive and neurodivergent adults, including those who may find emotional awareness difficult or unfamiliar.The focus is on creating a respectful, nonjudgmental setting where clients can observe and reflect on their internal experience without pressure or expectation.
